Close the gaps in your Medicare policies and take advantage of your benefits!
Medicare is our country's health insurance program for people age 65 or older. Medicare Supplemental Insurance is a policy provided by private insurance companies that fills the gaps in coverage that your basic Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B do not cover. Parts A and B, while covering close to 80% of your medical bills and expenses certainly do not cover them all. These supplemental insurance plans are sometimes called Medigap policies.
In order to be eligible for a Medigap policy, applicants must first be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B to receive the benefits of a Supplemental health insurance plan.
